Description:
Herringbone stitch combined with a little peyote gives this snowflake the look of fine filet crochet lace. Make it in frosty white or any color to suit the need.  Make it all one color, or work the last round in a different color or shade.  
This design can be worked in size 11 seed beads for a 1.5 inch snowflake or in size 8 seed beads for a 2.5 inch snowflake.  Both sizes make great package decorations or tree ornaments.
