I can't view a pattern I purchased, help!?    Top
There are two common causes. The First is to make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/ to install / reinstall the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.

The Second is file size. Some patterns are large, and may not open well over the internet. The best recommendation would be to first download the pattern to your computer and then open it. If you would like instructions for downloading a pattern to your computer, please e-mail us at GetHelp@thebeadcoop.com.
My browser hangs when I go to checkout.    Top
The most common cause for your browser hanging during the shopping cart checkout process is JavaScript either being disabled in your browser or blocked by a personal firewall. This web site will not function correctly without JavaScript.
Can I pay by Check or Money Order?    Top
Yes. For details, please visit our Contact page.
I purchased a pattern, but it did not show up in my My Patterns area?    Top
There are a few explanations for this...

1) It may take a few minutes for the site to put your patterns into your My Patterns area. This all depends on how busy the site is at the time of purchase.

2) You were not logged in at the time of purchase. One way to know that you are logged in, at the time of purchase, is if the button under each pattern says "Purchase This Pattern!", or there are two buttons - one will say "Add To Cart!" and the other "View Cart". If there are two buttons, you are logged in and the patterns will be automatically added to your account. If there is only one button, then you are not logged in and you will receive a link (good for only 3 views) via e-mail. One way to be sure that you login before buy is to bookmark the login page.
Can I have my patterns Printed and Mailed to me?    Top
YES! After logging in with your TheBeadCoop.com UserName and Password, simply purchase the patterns that you would like, then go to your My Patterns page as if you were going to view them. But rather than clicking on the "View" button, click the "Pay to Print" button next to the pattern you would like printed. Then just follow the simple steps to have your pattern printed and mailed to your doorstep!
I have a problem with a pattern I purchased, who do I need to contact?    Top

Do I have to have an account?    Top
