I began beading in 1996 when I moved from New York City to rural Montana. I love everything about beading, from the tiny beads themselves to the rhythmic, almost hypnotic process of weaving them into a design.  Before I became enchanted with beading I was an avid and enthusiastic needlepointer.  Bargello was my favorite style and when I started to design my own beading patterns  I tried to translate my love of florentine style needlepoint to my beadwork designs.  I hope you enjoy my patterns .
